**Responsibilities**:
- Answer the phone by greeting the caller properly; answer or direct calls appropriately.
- Screen and forward general mail
- Organize schedules of executives; confirm meetings and appointments as required.
- Maintain executives' calendars; schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Notify executives of upcoming meetings, deadlines, etc.
- Follow up on meetings
- Other misc. pertaining activities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Basic Adobe/ Illustrator required.
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mont-royal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
