We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our growing Central Operations team, this is a new and an exciting opportunity. Reporting to the Director, Central Operations you will be responsible for supporting 123Dentist's growth ambitions.

This role will be based from our Corporate Head Office in North York, Toronto. This is an **on-site** position.

**Job Overview**:
This position is responsible for supporting 123Dentist’s growth ambitions. In this role, the **Coordinator, Central Operations**, will work with the Director of Central Operations, support centre teams, vendor partners and other strategic partners to enhance the tools, resources and support offered to our partners, clinic teams and patients while creating value for stakeholders. Primary areas of responsibility include program management support and coordination, tracking, post mortem analysis to ensure programs positively impact dental clinics.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Support the Central Operations team by working collaboratively with cross functional teams, key vendors, and strategic partners to streamline activities and manage the flow of initiatives including creating and maintaining the National Operations Initiatives calendar.
- Support communication channels (RM Calls, Director calls, information sessions, etc.) to our practice community.
- Support the Central Operations Team on a Partner/Associate Engagement Strategy. Support the planning and execution of events in collaboration with the Events team, Marketing and Communications.
- Manage The Source (CRM) operational changes, execute change orders and publish updates to the business and make recommendations on improvements
- Review and process all non-routine PO’s within 24 hours of receipt and save in a central repository.
- Manage the Central Operations inbox by acknowledging all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt and working with internal teams to provide support to Operations team members and clinics
- Support the Central Operations Team to leverage partner, clinic, and patient insights to drive decision-making and ensure key initiatives are consistent, simple to execute and track progress.
- Collect, organize and maintain various types of data that will help inform communication strategies and processes for the Operations team
- Support the Managers, Central Operations with maintain various standard operating procedures and management tools including Operations Playbooks, Onboarding Guides for Operations Team Members, Quarterly Business Reviews, The Source, etc.
- Be an ambassador for the 123Dentist brand.
- Any other duties as assigned by your leader as required

**Education, Credentials, Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in communications and project management experience
- Dental operations experience is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is an asset

**Required Skills & Abilities**
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills with proven ability to execute large scale projects involving numerous stakeholders
- Excellent computer and software skills with standard Microsoft Office software
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint abilities needed
- Solid problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to effectively support the execution and implementation strategic corporate initiatives and programs
- Detail oriented, conscientious, client-oriented approach
- Excellence in communication and customer service.
