Overview

The Government of Canada - Central is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
