Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at NRS CENTRAL AUTOMOTIVE INC.
About the RoleThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. This includes determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Windows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience
