Guest Services Coordinator

Markham, Canada MBI Brands Full time

**This is a full-time hourly position. University students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of MBI Brands products, stores, restaurant locations, special events and promotional products; etc.
- Managing the website inquiries for both Mary Brown’s and Fat Bastard Burrito brands
- Managing app related inquiries and guest recovery through mobile support and use of internal portal
- Assist the Marketing Department with the execution of marketing programs as required.
- Partner with other members in Marketing and Operations Departments to elevate guest experience at our restaurants
- Analyze and provide regular updates on guest feedback trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience
- The duties of this position may change from time to time. MBI Brands reserves the right to add or delete duties and responsibilities at its discretion contingent on business need. **Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-service focused
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines

**Physical Activities and Requirements of this position**
- Corporate office and restaurant environment.
- The position may require long hours of sitting/ standing
- Must be willing to drive, and travel, as needed for business.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver packages up to 15 lbs
