Front Desk Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in walk-in customers and collect necessary particulars
- Maintain customer service records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the dental office and services
- Receive deliveries
- Track, manage and order office supplies
- Invoice receiving and data entry
- Receive window & door order confirmations and distribute
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Monitor answering machine
- Manage UPS and door hardware returns
- Deposit cheques
- Match Visa statements to receipts

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- High energy demeanor
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scanning documents
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with window and door terminology is preferred but not required
- Ability to use phone systems effectively
- Strong attendance discipline
- Ability to follow up on action required from telephone calls
- Attention to detail
- Ability to climb stairs

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
