**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression of Infiniti Strings. Your enthusiasm, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills will be key to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors or interacts with us over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proactively offer assistance and ensure that each visitor receives the support they need.
- **Front Desk Management**: Handle a variety of tasks at the front desk, including scheduling lessons, booking concert hall rentals, and processing customer transactions.
- **Product Assistance**: Help customers with inquiries about books, strings, and other accessories. Provide knowledgeable recommendations or refer them to the appropriate specialist if needed.
- **Communication**: Manage multiple phone lines effectively, handling incoming calls with professionalism and clarity. Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and other requests over the phone.
- **Referral Coordination**: Direct customers to the appropriate resources within the store, such as specialists or the luthier, ensuring they receive expert guidance based on their specific needs.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records, manage appointment schedules, and perform other administrative tasks as required to support store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Personable and Outgoing**: Must be approachable and engaging, with a genuine desire to help customers and create a welcoming environment.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and address various needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage scheduling, transactions, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with violin-family instruments and accessories is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
