About the Role
Nous travaillons actuellement selon un modèle de travail flexible; les représentants et représentantes du développement des ventes sont tenus de travailler au bureau de Montréal 2 ou 3 jours par semaine.
Chez Workday, le rôle d’un représentant ou d’une représentante du développement des ventes est de déployer diverses approches de prospection sur des comptes cibles en vue de créer un partenariat avec le directeur ou la directrice de comptes et de créer d’excellentes occasions pour les ventes externes de Workday. Le rôle clé d’un représentant ou d’une représentante du développement des ventes est d’aller au-devant des clients potentiels et de partager la valeur de Workday tout en cherchant à découvrir les besoins de ces clients potentiels et de leur organisation.
Grâce à une combinaison de courriels, d’appels téléphoniques, d’information sur des clients potentiels, de ventes par le biais des réseaux sociaux et même d’événements en personne, notre équipe de représentants et représentantes de développement des ventes favorise la création d’un bassin de clients potentiels en repérant des acheteurs intéressés et en contribuant à la création de relations entre le client et le directeur ou la directrice de comptes de Workday.
- We are currently working in a flex model with CSD reps required to be in the Montreal office 2-3 days per week
The role of a CSD representative at Workday is to deploy various prospecting approaches across target accounts, with the goal of partnering with the Account Executive to build quality opportunities for Workday field sales. The key role of a CSD representative is to reach out to potential customers and share the Workday value messaging while also discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization.

Qualifications de base
