The Commercial Operations Manager - Indirect Channel will demonstrate leadership by enabling the commercial team to profitably manage new and existing contractual risk in a constructive customer focused manner while ensuring full and correct compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA). Assisting in the development of proposal/agreement that can be easily executed by the company and enhance the customer’s experience. This role has responsibility as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for managing the Indirect Channel including contract reviews, channel partner selection, onboarding / offboarding.

Duties & Responsibilities
- SME for Channel Partner selection, contract development, negotiation, pricing and contract renewals.
- Review Terms & Conditions and Negotiate contracts as required
- Provide leadership and support as a primary contact to a commercial team for sales related activities
- Understand and effectively manage proposal content preparation, financial reviews, and documentation of Delegation of Authority, DoA
- Assist with commercial approvals such as pricing and payment terms, etc. and document for auditing purposes.
- Develop and maintain effective internal network (Product Management, Product Applications, Sourcing, Pricing, FAST, AEs, CSC, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

- Effective communications skills including ability to resolve complaints
- Excellent organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direct day to day supervision
- Troubleshooting and creative problem solving

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or colleg
- Minimum 5 years of experience CMS operations, technologies or internal partners (e.g. CSC, commercial operations, accounts receivable, etc.)

Preferred:

- Commercial and/or finance experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Detail oriented, organized and analytical
- Team oriented, customer focused
- Critical thinker

Working Conditions:

- Office or Hybrid work environment at manager’s discretion. Position may require periodic travel to partner and/or customer facilities across the US and Canada.
