As a part of the Events Team, Event Support is responsible for assisting in a variety of tasks. This could range from setting up event furniture and décor, setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, set linens and place settings on tables and the like. Event Support is an integral part of making event hosts’ visions come to life and set up beautiful event spaces for guests to enjoy.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Confirm tasks with Event Manager and assist with event set up according to the Banquet Event Order.
- Assist in preparing event space for an event by performing such tasks as: polishing glassware & cutlery, placing tables and chairs, setting up tables with appropriate tableware and linens.
- Help setting up and stocking bars, food stations and beverage stations as required.
- Accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the restaurant.
- Actively represent and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
- Act as an ambassador of The Farm and Pearle Hospitality.
- Follow company policies and procedures as defined and outlined by Pearle Hospitality.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices.
- Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity and honesty.

**What we would like you to bring to the position**:

- Previous hospitality experience considered an asset
- **Attention to Detail**:Take note of specific instructions given in event orders, making sure the event space is set up accordingly to meet and exceed host/guest expectations.
- **Teamwork**: Work with a team of event staff - from Concierges, Maître D’s, Bartenders, and Servers - working collaboratively to produce an excellent guest experience.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced environment and positively interact with a variety of diverse guests and team members.
- **Customer Service**: Provide guests with the genuine and thoughtful hospitality experience that Pearle has come to be known for. Answer guest questions cordially or direct to appropriate personnel should need be.
