GFL is looking to hire a Collections Administrator to join our team The position is responsible for a pre-defined list of AR customer accounts and the timely collection of those accounts, with an emphasis on building successful internal and external relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying escalation opportunities to ensure timely collections of current billed invoices
- Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for that customers, terms, customer defined billing requirements etc.
- Month End consolidation and completeness of departmental tasks
- Seeks new ideas to improve efficiency in completing own work
- Support reporting processing
- Customer Credit Card processing
- Various projects to support the AR and Accounting teams as required
- Outgoing calls up to 100 per day
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives from management

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies**:

- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- SAP Experience
- Intermediate Excel
- Internal/External Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bilingual English/French is considered an asset
