Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our Senior Account Manager by managing essential administrative tasks, with a strong focus on data management using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.




  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices while managing accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely entry of invoices, following up on missing documentation.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for various projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve billing and administrative issues.
  • Engage in daily communication with team members and clients via emails, phone calls, and conference calls.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week at $21 per hour, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
