**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in directly assisting the public with reservations and addressing a variety of related questions. We take pride in offering outstanding training and resources to ensure your success in a flexible and enjoyable work atmosphere. **What You Bring to the Table**:
- Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French
- Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills
- Patience in understanding and assisting customers with their needs.
- Tactfulness and pleasant communication style
- A natural knack for computers and quick learning of new software
- Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
- Empathy in addressing customer concerns and fulfilling their needs.
- 1 year of experience providing top-notch customer service to the public
- Call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

**The Details**:
- Start Date**: November 18, 2024**:
- Remote Orientation**:November 13, 2024**
- 10am to 3pm
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Full attendance to training is **mandatory**.
- Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 10 PM, 7 days a week.
- After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 10-15 hours per week until call volumes increase
- Office Location: Guelph, ON
- End of Contract Date: October 12, 2025
- The rate of pay is starting at $19.50
