**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. This position will work closely with various other departments administrative persons and align and ensure responsiveness to general needs for the business. The Office Manager will also be required to create and implement procedures and processes to be implemented throughout the Energera Canada offices.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** including but not limited to:

- Coordinating day-to-day operations of the various administrative departments.
- Mentor, train and coach administrative staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for office employees.
- Provide administrative support to CEO, CFO and senior management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Managing office supplies, equipment and inventory.
- Ensure appropriate office organization, supplies and inventories, and support key meetings.
- Manage maintenance and service contracts.
- Act as front-facing reception person and engage customers with appropriate communications towards scheduling meetings, calls, and requests.
- Other office-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- ISO administration experience preferred
- Familiar with SharePoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with analytical skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to use own initiative and make independent decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, handling multiple, simultaneous tasks, prioritizing and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure from time to time while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor towards others
