**TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dispatch all incoming service calls accordingly in a courteous manner and provide immediate solutions for clients with proper information;
- Contact and follow up with customers when merchandise has been delivered to their facility;
- Make sure client is satisfied with machines repaired, parts shipped, etc.;
- Print various reports, weekly booked orders and monthly under warranty reports;
- Enter pending quotes in Maximizer, update the opportunities & provide updated report for sales meeting every 2nd week;
- Prepare travel itinerary for CDS Service Technicians and complete field technician’s paperwork including travel expenses;
- Forward proper documents and paperwork to the shipping department and close jobs;
- Data entry in Genius-Service, parts & repair orders and quotations for parts, rebuilds & occasionally new equipment, warranty and non-warranty orders;
- Close follow up with Purchasing Dept. with regards to Suppliers repairing merchandise for our customers (under warranty goods and non-warranty goods);
- Responsible for all Warranty documents created in client’s file;
- Do mailing-Send out service brochures, preventive maintenance contracts, etc.;
- Prepare and complete rebuild technician’s paperwork with all repair work done on machines (warranty or non-warranty);
**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**

**- College diploma, AEC or equivalent;**

**- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role;**

**- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook;**
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written);
- Excellent skills in work organization and time management;
**- Consistent with follow-ups and detail oriented;**

**- Ability to manage stress and priorities in a fast paced environment;**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
