As a Marketing Specialist on the Plan Member Marketing team, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in supporting various initiatives across the team. We are seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and impeccable organizational skills.

**What will you do?**
- Implement integrated Business to Sponsor (B2S) and Business to Client (B2C) marketing programs that target specific channels and clients to promote Sun Life Wealth, Insurance and protection solutions.
- Work closely with other team members to support execution of Marketing programs and campaigns throughout the year.
- Collaborate with business partners from Client Solutions Center, Group Retirement Services and Sun Life Financial Distributors, as well as phone advice teams and product management.
- Provide reporting of data, assist in trend analysis, and help seek out new opportunities where possible.
- Set up, initiate and manage project intake forms through Wrike and liaise with business partners on workflow, approvals, and deadlines.
- Keep projects on task and have insight into day-to-day scheduling and production.
- Run weekly status reports on projects in Wrike.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Strong organizational skills are required to handle numerous, fast-paced projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity within the department.
- Proven ability to use and maximize project management software.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to work with project stakeholders.
- Specialized skills in project management and communication.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Confidence to approach a variety of stakeholders at various levels within the business to keep projects moving to meet deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to execute a high volume of error free work in an often-fast paced environment.
- Customer-focused and team oriented.
- Open to learning and expanding your skills.
- Capable of handling direction and the ability to have constructive conversations about feedback.

**What will be nice to have?**
- University degree or college diploma.
- 2+ years professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong grammar, spelling and proofreading ability.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Experience designing for one or both B2S and B2C audiences is an asset.
