Due to our growth, we need extra hands-on-deck. The part-time Marketing Specialist will promote the company brand using various marketing tactics, and will develop and manage the marketing campaigns.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Devise and implement marketing campaigns
- Collect data on marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions
- Ensure all information on social media is up-to-date and accurate
- Build and develop relationships with key business stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Leverage analytics and competitive analysis to create new campaigns
- Ensure ongoing communication with directors

**Qualifications** and Competencies**
- 2+ years business marketing experience
- Degree or diploma in marketing, journalism, communications, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing various campaigns
- Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to identify forward-thinking techniques to achieve revenue goals
- A self-starter attitude and a drive to deliver high-quality projects while defying expectations
- Available 25 hours per week
