Elite Residential Concierge Services is bringing a new and unique level of luxury to condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area. We offer highly specialized front desk management that combines the reliability and safety of a licensed security guard service paired with the exceptional customer care of a high-end establishment concierge.
**Summary**
This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person to step into a strategic leadership Human Resources Manager role with full responsibility to run the department, under the direction of the Vice President. **_This is a strategic business partner role and you will be_** primarily responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating human resources operations at the company. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, including wage increases, promotions, employee certifications and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies. This position will also determine talent and development requirements and oversee the recruitment and H&S process across Elite Concierge Services Inc buildings.

**Job Duties**
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the HR Operations at the company
- Oversee employee relations, including wage increases, promotions, classification changes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
- Determine talent management requirements and oversee the recruitment process.
- Develop and evaluate performance goals, HR metrics, & targets for achievement.
- Plan, implement and evaluate human resources programs.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide performance feedback.
- Develop training programs based on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Oversee H&S function across Elite
- Ensure employees have clear goals and are aware of expectations.
- Ensure staff comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Handle employee complaints and incidents, including conflict resolution, accidents, health and safety concerns, work refusals, and investigations.
- Participate in site and workplace inspections.
- Develop employee training based on business needs.
- Provide leadership and coaching to managers and employees on key workplace matters such as performance management, difficult conversations, employee relations, and employee development.
- Monitor assigned payroll activities and program components for the purpose of ensuring effective department functioning, coordinating activities, and compliance with established financial, legal, and administrative requirements.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- CHRP or CHRL certification required from the HRPA
- Minimum of (5) years of work experience in a human resources generalist position.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strategic objectives for HR and the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR core processes such as talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Able to make business decisions and recommendations to management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of labour laws.
