**About us**
Velkow Lift Inc is southwestern Ontario's source for forklift service, sales, rentals and parts. We are looking for an individual that can join our team to handle general bookkeeping and administrative duties.
**Job Summary**:
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Maintain all office administration duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling service calls and assisting in office management.
- Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks on-line. Responsible for accounts payables/receivables and general bookkeeping entries.
- Assist in scheduling of customer service calls and maintaining company calendar.
- Daily interaction with customers to field service requests.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and QuickBooks on-line is required for this role.
- Effective problem solving skills and the ability to take direction and work independently.
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt in a changing environment.
- Professionalism and confidentiality is required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
