**Position Overview**
- Administration & Coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical files and
electronic database, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Process and manage employee documentation, such as contracts, employment
letters and other HR related paperwork.
- Act as the first point contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and
accurate responses, and escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure
- Collaborate with HR members in the development and implementation of HR
policies and procedures, contributing insights to foster an inclusive and
compliant work environment.
- Execute a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless
transition into the company culture and facilitating their integration into their
- Provide dedicated support to the HR Manager on various projects,
demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to meet evolving
organizational needs.
- Recruitment
- Utilize HRIS systems and local colleges/universities portals to strategically post
open positions, enhancing our reach and attracting top-tier talent.
- Represent Deighton Associates Lt. at local job fairs, establishing and nurturing
positive brand recognition within the community and industry.
- Assist our technical recruiter by reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting
screening calls, ensuring alignment with position requirements and cultural fit.
- Conduct ad hoc phone screens as needed, demonstrating flexibility and
responsiveness to meet recruitment demands efficiently.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in solving problems and improving
