**Position Overview**

HR Administration
- Maintain electronic employee files
- Answer front-line employee HR questions and escalate as appropriate
- Maintain data accuracy on the HRIS system
- Set up new hires within the HRIS system
- Support HR Generalist in performance management
- Support HR Generalist with the starting of an employee recognition program
- Participate in HR weekly meetings with the executive team and HR Generalist
- Support HR Generalist with additional projects as required
- Support with the implementation of HRIS system

Recruitment
- Coordinate the recruitment process for HR Generalist & Hiring Managers
- Coordinate between recruitment firm and hiring managers
- Post positions on HRIS system and local colleges/universities portals
- Help assist the HR Generalist in preparing offer letters
- Conduct phone screens
- Track all active recruitment

**Required Skills**:

- University Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management;
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Superior attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a faced-paced and dynamic environment and remain calm when faced with ambiguity; and
- A collaborative team player.
