**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to upper management team, including data entry, researching and analysis.
- Preparing agenda and taking notes at management meetings
- Assisting in preparation of reports and presentations
- Assisting with store level daily reconciliation.
- Fulfilling inter-store inventory transfer needs
- Assisting with month-end and year-end inventory count
- Serves as liaison with technical support staff for POS system
- Implements administrative projects, systems, procedures, and policies.
- Maintaining documentations.
- Special projects as assigned.

**Job Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented.
- Excellent skills in MS office, especially Excel.
- Good administrative writing and editing skills.
- Second language an asset, Chinese Mandarin preferred.
