Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures tailored to the needs of Quantum Tutoring Services Ltd.
- Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to office support staff, and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures aligned with the company's educational focus.
- Manage administrative activities related to post-secondary admissions in line with the company's mission.
- Administer policies for the release of records in adherence to government regulations, respecting the confidentiality of students' information.
- Coordinate personalized office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security to support the unique needs of students.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls optimized for educational requirements.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence reflective of the company's commitment to student success.
- Supervise records management technicians and related staff to uphold the standards of excellence set by Quantum Tutoring Services Ltd.
**Qualifications**:
- College education
- Minimum of six months of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
**Compensation**:
- Salary: $28.85 per hour for a 40-hour workweek
