**Receptionist/Executive Assistant**

Artcraft Kitchens has been a leading custom cabinet manufacturing firm, in Niagara Falls, ON, for 60 years Our continued growth presents us with the need for an experienced Receptionist and Executive Assistant. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet new and existing customers, vendors and guests who come to Artcraft Kitchens
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports and memos
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations and proposals
- Follow up with action items and timelines
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements, schedule the showroom

**Skills and Requirements**
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must be receptive, and willing to meet new people
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products and adaptable to learning in house programs
- Proven time management skills ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
- Self-starter, proactive ability to adapt to the environment where priorities pivot
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Excellent personal judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in order to multitask and prioritize duties while dealing with interruptions, changing and competing deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an Industrial Manufacturing setting is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Takes ownership and is accountable for tasks
- Ability to work, in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility in hours as needed to meet business requirements.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
