Who we need:
The LMS Administrator will assist the LMS project team and ITS Enterprise Applications in the setup, configurations and initial operations of Yorkville’s new learning management system.

What you will do:

- A key technical member of the LMS implementation project during the design, development, testing and go-live phases of the project
- Provides tier II support on the LMS for all user audiences, operating as the primary vendor point person for support escalation once the system have become live
- Manages system maintenance, operational tasks and integrations
- Acts as the ITS coordinator for major upgrades, releases and updates
- Enables and monitors environments including Production and Testing environments
- Supports best practice development and implementation across the LMS platform
- Documenting LMS administrative processes and procedures

What you bring:

- 3+ years of experience in IT (LMS Management)
- D2L platform experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with common LMS tools and methods such as LTI, SCORM, HTML and CSS
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equipment work experience)
- Demonstrable problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
