Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Strategist to oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management Systems for North America. This role involves creating, delivering, and managing digital learning content that aligns with talent development, learning, and business strategy.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, administration, and operations of our Learning Management Systems; monitor technological changes to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Conduct LMS training sessions for end-users, instructors, and administrators.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for digital learning solutions within the LMS, ensuring team member performance is supported.
  • Define learning objectives and create detailed storyboards and instructional design plans.
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and content using industry-standard authoring tools.
  • Manage the translation of e-learning content using effective technology tools.
  • Analyze reports to track learning progress and content effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Incorporate video and graphic design elements to enhance user engagement and instructional clarity.
  • Develop interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Ensure project timelines are met and content aligns with stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct quality assurance to identify and resolve content issues based on internal design standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • A combination of education and professional experience totaling at least 6 years.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role influencing decision-making regarding learning programs and content.
  • Or 6 years of experience in a technical role developing and delivering high-impact learning programs and managing LMS.
  • A bachelor's degree can count for 2 years of the requirement.
  • An MBA or master's degree can count for an additional 2 years.
Location and Salary

This position may be based in Bethesda, MD or remotely near a major metropolitan airport within the North America region. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
