As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our company by:

- Providing exceptional administrative support to the brokerage owner
- Streamlining office operations by managing schedules, organizing calendars, and coordinating with third-party service providers
- Planning and coordinating educational seminars for our clients
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media advertising and content creation

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- Familiarity with social media management and advertising
- Fluency in English and Punjabi
- A strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Join us in this full-time role that occasionally requires evening and weekend work, and take advantage of a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $60,000 per year. Prior experience in administrative or administrative assistant roles is required.

Location: Brampton, ON (preferred)

**Salary**: $32,180.01-$52,099.09 per year
