**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software
- Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
- Professional phone etiquette
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Valid G license with a clean driver abstract.
- Proficient at drafting up memos, estimates and replies as needed.

**Job Duties**:

- Receive all incoming clients in a professional manner.
- Create manage and store:

- Building permits
- Locates
- Retrieve, open date-stamp, sort, and process all incoming mail.
- Maintains Outlook calendar for team and advises on upcoming events
- Maintain and manage all WSIB, Insurance, health & safety materials.
- Maintain and update contact lists for clients and vendors.
- Update job boards in real time
- Organize and maintain warranty claims.
- Stay on top of vendor pricing (compare pricing with multiple vendors)
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Sorting through historical matters that arise and require attention.
- Occasional housekeeping
- Putting language and proper format to estimates
- Manage and design social media posts for company platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
