Receptionist/ Office Administrator

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receptionist
- Direct all walk-ins and deliveries
- Man the phone
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Data Entry
- Record and file documents
- Draft correspondence including letters, memos, reports and presentation materials
- Filing
- Create, edit and distribute Communications
**OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multitasking, prioritizing and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Commitment to continual learning
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
