**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Handle vendor management and communication
- Support budgeting activities and financial record-keeping
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training development as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration at **Truck Driving School **or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial record-keeping
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
