What we need.*
A highly organized and self-motivated Administrative & HR Coordinator who can help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment while performing several administrative duties. This role reports to the Human Resource Manager.

Accountabilities.*
- Administrative Support_
- Answer and direct phone calls through the office’s main line.
- Coordinate deliveries and mail distribution.
- Responsible for ordering, organizing, and maintaining office and café supplies.
- Coordinate internal and external meeting setup & logistics as required.
- Manage Dinner/lunch reservations for client meetings and onsite catering support as required.
- Assist with on-site activities as needed e.g., greet incoming guests, make coffee, tidy kitchen.
- Provide vacation coverage for Executive Assistant and assist with client-related travel bookings including Flights, Hotels, Car transfers, Visa’s, COVID protocols, etc.
- HR support_
- Leveraging our HRIS ensure all employee files are up to date and accurate.
- Support the HR manager in onboarding employees by maintaining employee welcome kits and processing benefits enrollment and assist with employee offboarding.
- Draft employee letters as needed.
- Manage Jackman’s wellness program, employee recognition and social initiatives.
**What we are looking for.**
- 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity.
- College Diploma or equivalent.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Mac OS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and interact well within a team environment.
- Always demonstrates discretion and confidence when dealing with highly sensitive matters.
- Strong independent judgement and a high degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
- A creative problem-solver with high attention to detail.
