**What will you work on?**

Acting as the North American representative of the Human Resources department, the role coordinates HR functions on a North American scale. The role is responsible for managing a number of HR administrative duties and HR projects including assisting with the onboarding process, supporting senior HR business partners and communicating with other departments within the organization on behalf of HR.

**How will you create impact?**

**Onboarding**:

- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of new employee onboarding experience including: employee set up, organizing IT equipment, conducting background checks, sending new hires onboarding details and calendar invites/room bookings.
- Run a weekly meeting with Onboarding stakeholders (IT, Facilities, HR/TA, Workday) to ensure all set up is completed on time for new employees and non-payroll workers.
- Coordinate the IT, facilities, HR and TA teams to ensure a smooth day 1 experience for all new hires
- Facilitates the Non-payroll worker onboarding process including background checks, TCW offer letters, and liaison for TCW
- Troubleshoot individual new hire issues as they arise with onboarding stakeholders

**Supporting HRBP Team**:

- Ad hoc requests to support the management and delivery of all HR projects
- Assist in the creation of HR related letters
- Partner with HR Manager to identify and report activities to mitigate risks to the organization
- Human Resources invoice processing including tracking & maintenance of expense invoice sheets
- Plan and facilitate special projects within HR
- Communicate exit details to departing employees as well as leave details for employees going on leave and field any questions
- Consults with various stakeholders to resolve interdepartmental issues
- Consult on the creation of process maps within Workday on automation projects

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Follow up on background checks
- Other Tasks as needed

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Interest to grow within talent recruitment or talent development
- Experience working with Workday and/or any other HR Technology a plus
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
