**Job Summary**

The position of the HR Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the office by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, inclusive of developing and refining internal training programs. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The HR Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting staff members, and ensuring the smooth running of the Training Department while providing support to the Human Resources and Administrative Department. The In-House Trainer will not be required to work on statutory holidays.

**Responsibilities**

The HR Training Coordinator will at all times handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. The HR Training Coordinator will stay up to date on office policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensure compliance. Specific responsibilities by department include:
Training Department

▪ Coordinate internal staff training including orientation and further development courses.

▪ Identify training gaps and coordinate with tech team to develop in-house training curriculum.

▪ Set up TrackTik and develop training for staff.

▪ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and

a professional image of the organization.

Human Resources Department

▪ Maintain and update HR filing systems with staff certifications inclusive of tracking when

certifications expire.

▪ Track onboarding progress and remind employees as needed.

▪ Manage job ads and conduct recruitment for open positions.

▪ Issue letters of employment, records of employment, and follow up with HR related issued.

▪ Update employment handbook and all relevant policies yearly or as required.

▪ Conduct weekly and monthly HR and Employee Training file audits.

▪ Manage co-op students and relationship with colleges.

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
