**What you’ll do**
- _Cold-Calling & Consulting with small and medium sized companies in your community marketing the full line of Xerox products and services_
- _ Identify, research, strategize, and close business opportunities in your assigned territory _
- _Build, grow and maintain positive customer connections and relationships_
- _ Prospect for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints to effectively grow your book of business_
- _ Ability to identify client needs and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the clients_
- _ Collaborating with public and private sectors in your local community_
- _ Working in virtual autonomous role Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 12:30pm, but in a team environment where you collaborate with peers and industry partners to bring the best solutions to fit your customer’s needs_

**What you need to succeed**

**Must-have**
- _ Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma - new grads welcome_
- _ Self-motivated and ambitious with an interest to directly impact small-medium sized businesses in your community_
- _ Passion for relationship building with strong verbal and written communication skills_
- _ Creative and solution-seeking with natural curiosity and passion for personal and professional growth _
- _Tech-savvy: ability to understand technical products and communicate technical information_
- clearly and simply to non-technical people_
- _ Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations_
- _ Eligible to work in Canada_
