Educational Resources Coordinator- Campus Support

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking an **Educational Resources Coordinator** to join our team at the **Campus Support Centre**.

**Primary Purpose**:
The Educational Resources Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of student material procurement and billing and to ensure students have access to their digital resources as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of purchasing course materials in a timely manner. Including: books, vouchers, software, tests, equipment, etc.
- Prepare and ship student lab kits for various programs.
- Work with 3rd party vendors platforms to register students for upcoming classes.
- Provide backup and breakdown of invoices to AP for payment processing.
- Match invoices to purchase orders as part of the AP process.
- Accurately record inventory costs and ensure inventory balances are accurate.
- Coordinate the distribution of student materials to ensure they have the necessary materials for the start of their courses.
- Address program material issues and work with academic services staff to coordinate materials and version changes.
- Accurately maintain the items database and course links
- Assist with other projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma.
- Some post-secondary education in business or accounting is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in an administrative or accounting role in an office environment.
- Experience working in purchasing or inventory control preferred, but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to process transactions and enter data quickly and accurately.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Proficient in use of MS Office programs, specifically MS Excel.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
