**Primary Purpose**:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of our various projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the college.

The Project Manager will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Internalize the various projects being started within the college and develop project plans based on a combination of best practices and entrepreneurial flexibility.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources for projects.
- Manage the project's timelines, budget, and deliverables throughout its lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and develop reports on project progress and challenges.
- Identify areas of greatest risk and engage various managers and stakeholders for remediation.
- Coordinate and manage project element changes throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Chair project meetings and distribute minutes to project team members.
- Evaluate and assess the results of completed projects.
- Contribute to departmental process improvements by sharing knowledge of process best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Project Management qualification (ex. CAPM, PMP) or equivalent is required.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in Project Management.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle tasks and react quickly on short notice.
- Demonstrable theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Experience in risk management and/or change management.

**Location**:
This is a **hybrid role**, working on-site at our Campus Support Centre in **Mississauga **and remotely from your home office.

**Hours of Work**:
This is a **permanent full-time** position. Hours of work will be **8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate.**
