**Job Summary**

**Principal Accountabilities - Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets, including monitors, phones, and laptops.
- Assist with confirming inventory and asset allocation.
- Set up IT equipment for new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Assist with the setup of Local POS.
- Assist with creating and maintaining internal IT documentation, including guidelines for system usage and best practices.
- Manage software updates, security patches (e.g., Windows updates), and other critical system patches to ensure our systems remain secure and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing and updating internal security software as part of ongoing IT security projects.
- Provide general IT support to employees, including troubleshooting minor technical issues and resolving general IT helpdesk tickets.

**Key Experience and Skills**
- College Diploma or College Post-Graduate certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (OS), hardware, peripherals, and components.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Planning, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Self-awareness and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
