- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system backups.
- Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions in a knowledge base.
- Assist with IT projects, including hardware upgrades, software deployments, and network installations.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with IT trends and technologies to improve support services.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
