As a member of the data and analytics team at the WSIB, this role is responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of plans to prepare the business and impacted stakeholders for change and support organizational transformation customized to the needs of the program, project or initiative related to data and analytics especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption and enablement. Lead and execute on the scope that is affecting people, technology and process for the assigned program, project or initiative. Work closely with the Enterprise Change Management Office, project members, change management specialists, business owners, and support functions on all key change management deliverables. Manage the impact of the change, progress, issues and risks for the program, project or initiative. Ensure impacted internal and external stakeholders, and the organization is prepared, equipped and supported through the change.

**Major Responsibilities**:
1) **Lead all aspects of planning, delivery and execution of change for the assigned organizational transformation programs, projects and/or initiatives affecting people, technology and process for business areas and/or internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transition to future-state**
- Build, manage, monitor and execute on all key deliverables (strategies and scheduled change activities), in alignment with WSIB’s change management framework and methodology, to ensure work completion for all phases of the change initiatives related to data and analytics especially in the areas of AI.
- Collaborate with the project director (or leads) and team to ensure change milestones, impacts, assumptions, dependencies, risks are integrated into the project charter, project plan and other artefacts
- Develop and execute on the detailed change action or business readiness plan for AI adoption and enablement at the WSIB
- Develop strategies and execute plans to assess and build leadership alignment through innovative and collaborative approaches
- Developing and delivering business-led training materials
- Creating roll ups, summaries and mapping collision points at a divisional and cluster level
- Lead internal engagement planning and execution through the establishment of a Change Network for large or complex projects or programs
- Collaborate with work streams on programs, projects and initiatives, identifying milestones, deliverables, issues, risks and reporting on project change status for the work stream
- Monitor and evaluate implementation of change activities at the program/project level to ensure work completion, reporting performance of progress and metrics to Steering Committee, business owners and the project team to evaluate the success of the change
- Identify potential risks, anticipated points of resistance, and performance gaps and develop specific risk response strategies and plans to close the gap at the program/project level
- Manage the day to day operational aspects of the change scope at the program/project level

2) **Oversee and support change efforts of the program/project to ensure impacted stakeholders and/or business areas are ready for the change**
- Provide coaching for senior leaders and executives to enable them to fulfill the key role of change sponsor in adopting and enabling AI at the WSIB
- Provide leadership and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they ready their direct reports for the future-state
- Plan for transition to “business as usual”, striving for new and innovative ways of delivering successful change and adoption
- Develop and execute on the governance and cadence of bringing the organizational business areas together to plan and execute the change
- Deliver change updates to executive sponsors, steering committees, business owners, project teams, and the change specialist
- Chair regular change group meetings and sessions
- Lead, direct and assign work to change management specialist, project and business resources
- Work closely with support functions (Learning and Development, Communications, Human Resources) on the delivery of change and business readiness plans, activities and materials.
- Manage key stakeholder expectations throughout the change
- Develop, support and lead Change Champion Network for employees and people leaders
- Ensure the organization is prepared, equipped and supported for the change

3) **Ensure alignment to the WSIB Enterprise Change Framework and methodology**
- Develop, deliver and execute on activities that are aligned to the Enterprise Change Management framework and methodology (templates and tools)
- Work closely and collaborate with the assigned change resources around the programs, projects and/or initiatives change activities
