You’ll be responsible for:

- Controlling and monitoring the change management log and change management process in Unifier.
- Assisting in development of required process for change management.
- Attending change management working groups (contract and project) and support the actions.
- Following on the actions raised in the change panel meetings.
- Monitoring implementation of change to close.
- Monitoring and recording change data and incorporate into reporting functions.
- Working with cost and scheduling team to ensure all the approved changes are monitored.
- Ensuring cost estimate and project trend log is up to date.
- Assisting cost management team with the EAC updates.
- Ensure all 3rd party work requests are properly identified and communicated with commercial team for invoicing.

You’ll need to have:

- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of cost management and scheduling principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software as well as accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting or business required or directly related experience.
