Mamma\u0027s Inn is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, supervising staff, and conducting performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, implementing marketing activities, and enforcing policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for addressing customers\u0027 complaints or concerns and assisting clients/guests with special needs.
