**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Leverage past relationships with insurance companies, Ontario Health at Home, Development Services Ontario, and other government agencies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the agency and build a strong professional network.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in insurance sales, banking, or within the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with Ontario Health at Home or other government agencies.
- Experience with Development Services Ontario is considered an asset.
- Past experience in banking or mortgage sales with an extensive network of clients and business contacts is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $78,070.00-$120,000.00 per year
