**Department Overview**
- TD Wealth Advice provides investors and financial advisors with a broad range of brokerage, banking, and other consumer financial products on an integrated basis. TD Wealth consists of:

- TD Wealth Private Wealth Management - provides discretionary wealth management, private banking, and private trust services for high-net-worth clients
- TD Wealth Financial Planning - allows clients to work with a professional Financial Planner to develop and implement a financial plan.
- The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the overarching strategic direction of business-related customer segmentation (Professional, UHNW, Business Owners) for TD Wealth Advice/ One TD and identify additional specialty segments and sub-segments to target based on market research and insights
- Provide a collective vision of opportunities for growth within existing and emerging segments
- Define segment strategic objectives, structure, and sequencing of activities to implement in the businesses and enhance the client journey through ONE TD
- Develop, implement, and evolve unique value proposition and product / service roadmaps to enhance distribution channel engagement, including enhanced sales tactics and support
- Clearly align segment opportunities with Wealth Advice/business context in terms of prioritization and investment
- Lead the team responsible for the delivery and launch of segment offerings to the field and sustainment of offerings such as measuring success post launch and utilizing data to gain insights into new offerings/opportunities, emerging markets as well as identifying intersectionality across the different segments. sustainment
- Act as segment lead across National Office, National Sales Office, and Practice Management to champion, embed, co-create, and accelerate support for the above listed client segments
- Liaise with partners to seamlessly launch products in the field to ensure maximum value is derived from each segment offering for the Bank e.g., Line of Business lead, representation from Marketing, Practice Management e.g., Practice consultants, Sales Strategy & effectiveness, Distribution (Market Managers etc.)
- Create and sustain a diverse and inclusive employee culture of high performance; building career pathing and developing / retaining key leadership talent while ensure succession planning is in place
- Gather and action deep insights to inform strategy to become Bank of Choice
- Formalize optimal distribution model nationally and drive pilot / test and learn, active field engagement and communication
- Partner with National Office to develop and implement strategies to grow profitable Specialty Segments to support goal establishment, drive results, inform strategy and manage policy
- Collaborate to inform the project identification, prioritization, and funding, aligned to strategic priorities
- Co-create marketing and sales collateral to support segments
- Enhance & monitor reporting (i.e., results, profitability, cross-sell, PCL)

**Job Requirements**

- Strong people leader with demonstrated experience in identifying and growing talent
- Strong business knowledge through ONE TD engagement to maintain focus on delivering legendary service
- Deep understanding for the frontline advisory experience and the client experience
- Ability to communicate the vision for Business segments - prescriptive collaboration and communication
