- TD Wealth Business Architecture focuses on five key pillars: Data Strategy, End-to-End (E2E) Enablement, Emerging Capabilities, Practice Lead and Regulatory. In addition, the PMaG team drives strategic value by ensuring that how we work and what we work on are in alignment with the Delivery Execution Framework and are directly linked to achieving our business objectives.
**Job Details**
**About this role**:
- Accountabilities will include:
- Drive research innovation, staying up to date with the latest developments in emerging capabilities such as AI, Open Banking etc. and identifying new areas of opportunity for the Wealth business
- Support development of Wealth's strategy around emerging capabilities such as AI, Open Banking etc., identifying internal and/or external innovative solutions to accomplish business objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Support development of a multi-year roadmap for emerging capabilities such as AI, Open Banking etc. to deliver legendary client and colleague experiences, maintain competitive advantage, support business growth, and increase market share
- Collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional business partners to find opportunities that can benefit from emerging capabilities such AI, Open Banking etc.
- Perform competitive analysis regularly to ensure business is up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Employ strategic frameworks, interpreting analytical results, generating insights, writing decks to provide findings and recommendations, to solve business problems by leveraging emerging capabilities such as AI, Open Banking etc.
- Effectively communicate key insights, ideas, strategies to executive level audience in clear, compelling, and concise manner
- Keep up to date with the evolving regulatory environment around emerging capabilities such as AI, Open Banking etc. and ensure the strategy is always aligned with regulatory guidelines
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in business, strategy, consulting, and financial institutions
- University degree in business management, computer science or related discipline; MBA graduate preferred
- Wealth Management experience preferred
- A multifaceted, innovative, and forward-thinking leader with a bias for action
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design/Design Thinking principles to help facilitate workshops is an asset
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key collaborators as a trusted advisor
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and proactively drive initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to develop business presentations that are clear and compelling
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize information quickly
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to a broad audience
- Comfortable in operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment, while willing to voice an opinion
- Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different priorities
