We are looking for a full-time permanent **National Sales Administrator **to join our team.

**What will you be doing?**

The National Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the National Team with project management, scheduling and documentation. The National Sales Administrator will work closely with our National & Local Service teams to ensure our customers are receiving prompt attention.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Assist national team with various sales and service functions
- Assist with customer preventive maintenance program management including dispatching, scheduling, organizing documentation
- Preparing quotes for new equipment and PM’s
- Assist with project coordination including arranging freight, scheduling with customers and subcontractors
- Assist with customer analytics and data collection
- Constant communication with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Actively update contact details and company information when needed
- Maintaining database (Dynamics CRM)
- Follow up on existing service and preventative service estimates
- Participate in department meetings
- Daily customer portal updates
- Perform additional assignments and duties as requested and required

- Ability to work independently but as a part of a team

- Eager to share ideas and look for opportunities to improve policies & procedures that will help company growth
- Flexible to departments changing requirements and needs
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
