**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding additional required documents where applicable
- Scanning, filing, and uploading documents into company databases, as required
- Accurately inputting data into several systems both internal and external
- Other administrative duties where applicable

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in administration
- Ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a sales environment is consider an asset
- High attention to details and outstanding accuracy
- Ability to multi-task but be able to pivot when required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
