_Office Manager_
As an Office Manager, you would be responsible for handling the administration of all office activities. This includes preparing purchase ordering, tracking invoices and receipts, restocking office supplies, handling shipping administration, helping prepare travel arrangements, and develop new organizational systems to keep the office and documentation organized

Technical Responsibilities:

- Prepare Purchase Orders
- Track invoices and receipts and ensure they match Purchase Orders
- Schedule shipments and prepare shipping documentation
- Research travel and site requirements for various personal
- Book flights and accommodation for various personal
- Research and develop systems of efficiency and organization for all office activities such as expenses, POs, invoicing, and other documentation

Interpersonal Requirements
- Detail oriented and very organized
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at once
- Has the desire to see consistency and efficiency
- Takes initiative and welcomes responsibility
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on your own and from colleagues
- Facilitates and maintains a positive company culture

Qualifications:

- Experience working in manufacturing or fabrication setting is an asset, but not a requirement

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Tracking, Filing, and Organizing: 3 years (required)
