What You’ll be Doing:

- Fleet Sales & Incentive Planning_- Work with Sales & Inventory Planning (SIP) and Field Sales Operations (FSO) to set a plan that supports the achievement of TCI’s business objectives- Effectively manage the split between retail and fleet on a monthly basis- Develop and communicate annual Fleet Incentive Program to all Fleet customers, Dealerships, Zones; proactively review sales plan and incentive program- Take a mid/long-term view to fleet with increased focus on Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) through ongoing assessment, proposal, recommendations (with consensus and collaboration with other stakeholder departments) to help future-proof the business
- Fleet Sales Achievement_- Manage overall Fleet sales in support of Toyota’s objectives and sales goals- Foster and maintain relationships and satisfaction with fleet customers, generating national fleet sales- Act as primary contact for major national Rent-A-Car (RAC) accounts; providing assistance by addressing inquiries and facilitate annual RAC purchase agreements- Manage and monitor fleet performance through reporting, forecasting, and targeting; work with fleet customers, Dealers and Zones to achieve fleet plan- Build Elite and Government fleet sales through events, Ride & Drives, Trade Shows and Fleet Management Company (FMC) relationships- Ensure TCI participates in all Government and large corporate tender opportunities to grow elite sales

Business Development- Manage Land Cruiser Mining vehicle dealer network, supporting sales and future product planning- Support with various Business Development and Fleet Programs including Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC), Shuttle, Mobility, etc. and identify opportunities to introduce new value chain products & services- Collaborate with the Connected Technology team to meet the needs of current and future fleet clients- Oversee and champion projects for all Fleet business development initiatives to enhance operations and efficiencies- Maintain ongoing relationship with Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Fleet team
- Management_- Align team goals with TCI vision & hoshin priorities, establish checkpoints to support progress toward deadlines, coach team members on revising/pivoting to drive successful project completion- Drive learning & development through timely, candid guidance/feedback, seek opportunities for project work that align with team member growth opportunities and career goals- Communicate and prioritize project/task responsibilities of direct reports, provide guidance, feedback, and accountability for individual performance- Communicate corporate messages providing appropriate context in a timely manner- Lead team members to foster collaboration, understanding, support & Kaizen (continuous improvement)- Initiate and implement appropriate Kaizen efforts which results in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies

What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or college diploma in Business or a related discipline- 5+ years of experience within the automotive industry- Prior management experience is a strong asset- Excellent relationship building skills to foster and maintain key relationships- Strong oral and written communication skills- Ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan- Proven ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to achieve tangible results- Strong leadership skills; ability to coach and mentor others- Creative thinking and ability to generate new innovative ideas- Analytical and organizational skills- Experience with dealer and field operations is an asset- Experience with sales & incentive planning and budgeting is an asset- Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
