**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead client workshops to understand and document business processes and requirements.
- Develop detailed process maps to visualize workflows and identify improvement areas.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and help clients validate solutions.
- Proactively identify risks and collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement gathering.
- Experience with system implementations, project tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike), and workflow diagramming tools (e.g., Visio).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields are a plus but not required.
