Qualifications:
FR
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent (obligatoire)
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (de préférence)
- Deux ans d’expérience de la vente, télémarketing, ventes incitatives, et du service à la clientèle

- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- College or some college degree (preferred)
- Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing and service experience

- Lire les scripts fournis textuellement tout en respectant les normes de vente et de qualité.
- Fournir de l’information, des suggestions et des options d’une manière qui est exacte, répond efficacement aux besoins des clients et les incite à acheter.
- Suivre et signaler avec précision les types d’appels et les problèmes de service.
- Promouvoir et vendre des produits ou des services.
- Solliciter la vente de services nouveaux ou supplémentaires.
- Traiter les appels pour atteindre ou dépasser la mesure quotidienne établie, tout en maintenant un temps de conversation moyen conforme aux besoins opérationnels actuels.
- Respecter ou dépasser les normes de qualité.
